I'm trying something new. I know where I want to be by my birthday next year weight wise. Instead of focusing on that large goal that almost seems unattainable, I will shoot for the small goal.
Take one month at a time. Look no farther. Just one month.
I can do anything for one month.
Just one month...
New goal next month.
But I'm not worried about next month. Just this one. 19th to the 19th. My birthday is July 19th so my last day lands right on my 40th birthday. Perfect timing.
Let's see if that is the thing that keeps me on track.
Looking too far ahead overwhelms me. Things happen and I give up. The road is just too long and I keep throwing it in reverse.
One month.
I will do this!
Small goals is key ... don't worry, you'll make it! I will, too!
