1st month almost over

Tomorrow is my weigh in day. I don't have much hope for it. While I learned a lot of lessons on what to do and what not to do, I had several set backs. I didn't plan really well, I took a trip to Saint Louis, I also had to deal with some illness issues this month.

Things I plan to do better in this coming month include meal planning, exercise planning, and watching out for stumbling blocks.

I also think that I should plan things instead of trying to let things go smoothly on their own. That has definitely not worked for me. 

Here's to a new month and new goals!

My daily "duh" moment...

It's very hard to make healthy choices when you are hungry or tired, yet that seems to be when I make all of my food and exercise decisions!

I need to formulate my plans and prepare when I am fresh and satisfied. Doing that would make fighting off my unhealthy wants much easier. The more healthy choices I put in my way the easier it is to keep on track.

Well, duh!
