New workout

I went to the gym last night. Man, I really had to force myself to be there!
But I'm very glad that I did. I think it's amazing how hard a workout feels at first but then, as you warm up and loosen up, it gets easier. By the end I'm at risk of doing too much because I'm on fire!

Anyhoo... The depressing part was that I'm now at 252.5 lbs. Not surprising after a lost pregnancy, but a step back from where I was.

I managed 6.46 miles on the bike in 18 minutes and my weight lifting sets. I'll post a picture of that.

On each machine, I did 3 sets of 12 reps. The #'s show amount of weight...1 being the lightest and 12 being the heaviest. Eventually, I will put up pictures of how much weight each number  is on each machine but I didn't take pictures of that last night.

Overall, I'm pretty proud of myself.
I plan on swimming laps and doing water exercises tonight.

On the food front, I'm not perfect but have been a bit better yesterday and today. I'm going to start a food diary to keep up with every single thing going in my mouth. That should be both depressing and enlightening. Ha!
