I took a little time off from my blog. For one reason, I thought no one reading...just found out I had loyal readers I was unaware of. YAY!
The second reason was a good one that has now, sadly, ended. I got pregnant. I carried 9 weeks and two days...then miscarried. With a sad heart, my weight loss journey begins again.
I had already decided this week I would start fresh, but then I got test results that made it a necessity. My diabetes numbers weren't great and I have abnormal liver levels. yuck!
So, here we are where we started. LET'S DO THIS!
